I ordered two mirrors, and they quickly arrived very well-packaged in a sturdy crate. Unfortunately, one mirror appeared to have a slight manufacturing defect. Larry at walldecorsuperstore.com quickly had it remade, and it arrived it great condition. Rather than shipping the defective one back, he proposed I donate it to a worthy cause here locally.
