What is your return policy?
If you decide you want to return an item contact us for a return
authorization. Ship it back to the return address on the original
shipping label. We must be notified of a return within 10 business days
of receiving the order. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Will
provide a full refund LESS the outbound shipping charge
What if my order arrives damaged?
If
the box or package is crushed, please refrain from opening the package
and refuse delivery. Contact us within 3 days of receiving a package
with concealed damage.
What if I receive the wrong item.
Please
contact us within 3 business days of receiving the wrong item. We will
send a call tag to pick up the incorrect item and will re-process your
order.
