Your custom wall decor is carefully packed in protective boxes to ensure it arrives in perfect condition — and if anything goes wrong, we’ll make it right quickly and hassle-free.
Our shipping charge is only 15% of the total net product price. For example, an item costing $100 ships for only $15.00 - a $1000 item ships for $150.00. We specialize in building secure, custom-fit packaging to protect your order every step of the way.
Standard and Small Packages Ship UPS And FedEx
SMALLER PACKAGES Approximately 48" x 36" and smaller will be sent by UPS or FedEx. You will receive notification of the expected arrival date when you receive your tracking number from UPS or FedEx. For these smaller packages UPS and FedEx will bring the package to the door or use the standard delivery for your building.

Oversize Freight - Less Than Truckload Shipments
Larger, heavier packages will be shipped via a National Freight Carrier on a large truck. The carrier will contact you a few days before delivery to arrange a time window. Be sure someone is present at the scheduled time, or you may be charged for re-delivery.
Packages will be delivered to your driveway or curb; the carrier will not bring them inside. Very large items may be in a wooden crate. Inside delivery is available for an extra fee in some areas.
We cover delivery to locations accessible by 18-wheel trucks. If delivery can’t be made, it will go to the nearest terminal. You can arrange to meet the truck at a nearby location for offloading. Contact us with questions before ordering.
