I ordered two mirrors, and they quickly arrived very well-packaged in a sturdy crate. Unfortunately, one mirror appeared to have a slight manufacturing defect. Larry at walldecorsuperstore.com quickly had it remade, and it arrived it great condition. Rather than shipping the defective one back, he proposed I donate it to a worthy cause here locally. The wall boards we ordered came in a crate that kept them safe for transport. The boards are a great addition to our War Room for Continuous Improvement & Lean projects. The only issue we had was the date to get the boards to our facility did not meet the date given when the order was placed. Our delivery was about a week late, and I believe this was due to the backlog caused in many industries due to Covid19.
